Our soap nuts come from Indian companies that work with fair trade principles. Fair Trade means: no child labor, long term relationships, better market access, better trading conditions, fair wages which enable the farm workers to live a decent life. 

A very important criteria for the EcoGarantie label is to apply fair trade practice, which we obviously do.
