Dr. Karl G. Leutschaft, President + CEO

Karl studied biology, holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and a PhD in International Management. He was trained and worked for the German Army as an officer in various positions in Germany and other countries like the U.S., Norway, and Albania. Some of his positions: Platoon-Commander, Press and PR Officer with the NATO Task-force AFOR, Controller for a Division (20K soldiers). He retired as a Captain from the armed forces and first worked as a freelance Management Consultant and Assistant Professor. Karl eventually founded this business in the United States.

Karla Leutschaft, CFO + CIO

Karla was at Schering-Plough (Pharmaceuticals) responsible for the implementation of CRM and ERP systems in the U.S., Germany and Netherlands. She supervised as a Project and Team Manager the Change Management process (restructuring, training, teambuilding) for 250 employees. Before that she was a SAP Engineer and System Administrator with Hoechst (Chemical Industry) and Siemens working as a Project Team Leader in Germany, U. K., France, Austria, Italy, Argentina and South Africa. K. holds a Bachelor in IT – Science.

Franca Gargiulo, Chief Marketing Officer

Franca’s spans a vast background in corporate marketing and public relations. After an appointment with the first Bush Administration at the US Department of Commerce, she served as the senior regional manager for the National Association of Manufacturers in San Francisco until mid -1999. As head of AvenirMonde, a San Francisco based international public relations and marketing firm; she has represented many clients looking to expand their market presence and brand awareness in new global markets such as LSI Logic, Seagate Technology, Novell/Volera, WeGo Systems, Fisher Investments, General Motors, Learning Tree International, Dole Fresh Vegetables among many others.
